Copilot troubleshooting

Symptom	Things to check
Provider not configured	Admin Settings → Copilot provider, model, API key, enabled flag
Empty or spinning responses	Provider model id, network egress, server logs for 4xx from the LLM API
Apply failed (blank message)	Server/client logs; greenfield create should not require a pre-app snapshot
Changes applied but UI unchanged	Confirm widget context is non-empty; use @Entity mentions; verify proposed property names
Asks to paste code	Mention the entity with @Name so source is attached
