Instance won't start
- Check Docker / Kubernetes logs for MongoDB connectivity and migration errors.
- Confirm JDK/image architecture matches your host.
- Verify required environment variables for base URL and secrets.
Cannot reach the UI
- Confirm port publishing (8080 locally) and reverse-proxy paths.
- Check TLS certificates and
frame-ancestors if embedding.
Templates or Sheets OAuth fail
- Ensure the integration broker is running and the cloud-services base URL points at it.
- Never point that URL at Appsmith Cloud.
