Access control

Groove Builder enforces permissions on the server. Workspace roles (such as Administrator, Developer, and Viewer) control who can create datasources, edit pages, and invite users.

The editor UI reflects real permission checks rather than always enabling actions. If a control is disabled, the signed-in user lacks the required permission.

Configuration​

  • Manage members from the workspace settings.
  • Super-users bootstrap via admin email environment variables.
