Filepicker

Upload files for queries (S3, APIs) or local processing. Inspect .files.

Using this widget​

  1. Drag Filepicker from the widget pane onto the canvas.
  2. Bind data with {{ }} expressions — for example {{ Query1.data }} or {{ groove.store.myKey }}.
  3. Wire events (onClick, onChange, onSubmit) to queries, JS Objects, or framework actions such as groove.showAlert.

Prefer the global object name groove in new apps. Legacy appsmith.* aliases may still appear in older examples.
